Antonio is an architect by training with more than twenty-five years of experience spanning architecture, real estate development, construction management, and investment strategy. He holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University and has led more than thirty large-scale development projects internationally. That experience gives him a perspective few luxury home builders possess. Rather than focusing solely on construction, Antonio approaches every project through the lens of long-term value, thoughtful planning, and disciplined execution. From evaluating a property before design begins to coordinating construction with meticulous attention to detail, his role is to protect each client’s investment while ensuring every decision contributes to a home that will perform beautifully for decades.

Susana Zermeno

Susana leads the interior design vision for every Texan Atelier home. Her philosophy is rooted in timeless design rather than passing trends. She believes luxury should feel intentional, comfortable, and deeply personal—not simply impressive. Working closely with each client, she develops interiors that complement the home’s architecture while creating spaces that feel warm, functional, and beautifully lived in. Every selection—from materials and finishes to lighting and millwork—is considered as part of a cohesive whole, ensuring the finished home feels refined today and remains timeless for generations.

Jodi brings more than 25 years of experience in residential real estate, new construction, financing, title, and contract negotiations.
