Your Vision - Two Ways to Begin
BUILDING IN TEXAS
Custom Home Design-Build
From the first architectural conversations to the completion of your home, Texan Atelier brings design and construction together through one considered process.
BUILDING ANYWHERE IN THE UNITED STATES
Nationwide Floor Plans & Interior Design
Work with Texan Atelier to develop a custom floor plan and a cohesive interior design vision for your future home, wherever you plan to build.
We thoughtfully develop the spaces, architectural character, materials, and interior details around your preferences, while your selected local builder manages construction.
A Home, Tailored to How You Want to Begin
01 — Choose Your Architectural Path
Collection Home
Begin with ours. Make it yours
Start with a Texan Atelier home that has already been thoughtfully developed, then adapt it around the way your family lives.
Modify the layout, expand individual spaces, remove what you don’t need, or refine the plan while preserving the architectural character that made you choose it in the first place.
Custom Home
Begin with your vision
Bring us your own floor plan, or begin with our architectural library and let us identify a strong starting point based on your needs.
From there, we refine the architecture around your property, lifestyle, priorities, and long-term vision.
Our established library allows us to begin with thoughtful architectural groundwork already in place—reducing unnecessary development time while preserving the flexibility a truly custom home requires.
02 — Choose Your Design Experience
Curated Design
Thoughtfully designed, Beautifully simplified
Choose from professionally developed Texan Atelier palettes where materials, finishes, fixtures, and details have already been considered together.
Our design team adapts your selected palette throughout your home, creating a cohesive result without requiring you to make every selection from scratch.
Tailored Design
Developed specifically around you
Work directly with our design team to develop the materials, finishes, fixtures, and details of your home around your individual aesthetic, lifestyle, and priorities.
From the smallest material decision to the overall feeling of the home, each selection becomes part of a design language created specifically for you.
Whichever Path You Choose, Our Process Remains Considered.
